We were impressed with the natural beauty of this place and the warmth of the staff who made us feel like royalties during our stay. The facilities were top-notch, with room amenities that were well-suited to our needs, from the ironing facilities, air conditioning, comfortable beds, to sitting area. We enjoyed the stunning views of the riverside from our balcony and made good use of the bar/lounge area. The fitness centre was well-stocked and perfect for our morning workouts, while the restaurant offered a delightful menu and in-room breakfast. Definitely worth our stay!

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and comfortable, with a nice modern design. I also really appreciated the free tea, coffee, and complimentary water in the room. the location was fantastic, right by the river with great views. Plus, it was conveniently located near main attractions and shops, making it easy to explore the city.
My room had a tiny window with no view, which was disappointing considering the price I paid. the gym was not well-equipped, which was a letdown.

Absolutely amazing stay, from start to finish. Maria went above and beyond to make our special occasion unforgettable. The attention to detail was brilliant, capturing memories without even asking. I had the most amazing stay here! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were always on hand to help. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the spaciousness was just what I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a 24/7 gym, two incredible restaurants/bars, and even a media system in the bedroom with a mirror TV and Bluetooth. The location couldn't have been better, right on the embankment and within walking distance of everything. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was served to the room and the process was easy, with a delicious and wide selection of choices.
